The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Talent Development (MA in HR) Dual Qualifications program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Projects, totaling 180 UK credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.

Entry requirements:
To enroll the Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Talent Development (MA in HR) Dual Qualifications program, the learner must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s qualification in relevant majors from accredited universities; or
- A Level 6 Diploma following the EQF competency framework or its equivalent. The Level 6 Diploma must be from a nationally accredited and recognized entity.
English requirements:
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided as follow:
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent; or
- A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.
