SIMI as is an independent and accredited private institute of higher education and of course, it is not part of Switzerland’s public higher education sector and not regulated under the Federal Act of 30 September 2011 on the Funding and Coordination of the Higher Education Sector (HEdA), SR 414.11. SIMI offers accredited programs in business, management and innovation studies at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level.
SIMI study programs are recognized as professional higher education programs, aligning seamlessly with learners’ expectations and the accreditation process. SIMI awards private degrees that hold global accreditation. It’s important to note that SIMI awards private degrees independently and is not affiliated with the Swiss Federal qualification systems. Additionally, it is not integrated into the public university education systems in Switzerland.
SIMI has collaborated extensively with our partner institutes, universities, accreditation bodies, and recognized organizations to establish mutual recognition. When students choose to study with us, they can expect to receive multiple recognized awards simultaneously. Prospective learners are advised to check their country’s education laws and consult with employers before enrolling. SIMI Swiss does not make promises in this regard; it is the responsibility of learners to ensure compliance with local regulations.

- SIMI does not commit or guarantee that learners will graduate if they do not fulfill the minimum program requirements. SIMI will not refund tuition if students withdraw from the academic program.
- SIMI does not guarantee that awards/diplomas/degrees will be accepted by third parties. Interested learners will be encouraged to check with their respective employers beforehand.
- SIMI does not guarantee career advancements, salary increases, bonuses, or appointments to any position.
- Each country has distinct education laws. SIMI does not guarantee recognition, accreditation, or access to government employment, regulated professions, or further studies. Prospective learners are advised to check their country’s education laws and consult with employers before enrolling. SIMI Swiss does not make promises in this regard.
